Is it really November?...Where did the time go?...Didn't school just start? Before we know it, the Christmas trees will be up and the presents will be under the tree and all the moms will be thinking one thought...the thought that always floods are minds during this wonderful time of the year..."is the school break over yet????"
This time last year I did a toy drive for the EMU- Epilepsy Monitoring Unit of Memorial Herman Children's Hospital, I was able to collect enough toys for 3 flats! I hope to out do that this year I hope to have so many toys, books, games and item for the EMU that I have to have help getting it all to the EMU. If you have a Sunday school class, Boyscout, Girlscout group looking for a holiday charity to help out this holiday season, the EMU would love to have your help.
The toy drive has officially started. If you have a toy(s) you would like to donate to Austins EMU Toy Drive email me and we can either, pick them up, drop them off at my home or leave them at the studio.
Item that the EMU needs are:
Books (books for older children, teens)
Videos
Board games
Small stuffed animals
Handheld video games
Crayons, Markers
