{ Can I post that on myspace?? }

I had a great client of mine call to ask me if they could use their pictures of their children I post on my Blog, on their Myspace pages or their Blogs...of coarse....I don't mind at all, I actually am flattered....my only request is this.....if you use the images from the Blog I must be given credit on your pages. Credit must be given under the picture you use along with my website address. Please don't crop off the Logo or alter the image in any way. If credit can not be given then the image must be removed, as this is a violation of copyright, if an image is on Myspace/Facebook without my copyright logo or consent, that image therefore becomes the property of Myspace and Facebook and they can use that image without my permission or consent for whatever they want. If anyone has any questions about using an image please feel free to email me anytime. Again, if you have my blog images on your "Pages" thank you, I am flattered....
